Returning student sign-ups for on-campus housing

Now is the time to start talking with your student about their 2024–25 housing plans. Students may begin submitting housing applications when the housing portal opens in January. Room selection will take place in March. Students wishing to return to on-campus housing for the 2024–25 academic year must submit their housing application by March 1. Students who do not sign the University Housing Agreement by March 1 will not be eligible to participate in room selection.

Once placed in a room, students will be financially obligated to live in on-campus housing for the entire academic year, so it is important they be certain of their plans. The only exceptions to this policy are for individuals who participate in a University-sanctioned study abroad program or who are not registered as a student for the Fall 2024 semester. More information on the returning student housing process can be found on the Residential Life website. Look for the returning student housing web page beginning in mid-December.
