On-campus room selection 2024-25
Has your student made on-campus housing plans for next academic year? Residential Life’s housing portal opens on Jan. 22 for registration and group formation (part one of the housing process). Room selection runs March 14–26 (part two of the housing process). This is a group-based process that allows for students to sign up to completely fill suites, flats, apartments and corridor double rooms. It’s also designed to give students within a community priority to return to their same community while allowing for some movement between communities. Returning students who want to live on campus during the 2024–25 academic year must submit their housing application by March 1 and participate in room selection. Students who do not submit their housing application by March 1 will not be eligible to participate in room selection.
Why should your student live on campus? Studies continue to show that students who live on campus have a higher graduation rate and greater satisfaction with their college experience than students who live off campus. Student staff selection
Residential Life is in the process of hiring new on-campus, live-in positions for fall 2024–spring 2025. Emails to candidates were sent out in mid-December and interviews will happen in mid-January. We’ll also be searching for a variety of hourly student positions including marketing, operations and area assistants, and B-Welcome and See-U-Later Crews. Applicants for the hourly positions can live off campus, but priority is given to students living on campus.
