Move-in days and the academic calendar

Summer is flying by! Move-in days for new and returning students will be held over four days in August, with new students moving in Friday, Aug. 16 and Saturday, Aug. 17 and returning students moving in Saturday, Aug. 17 and Sunday, Aug. 18.

All on-campus students must sign up for a move-in time slot and must arrive at their scheduled day/time. Time-slot selection information was sent to your student’s Binghamton University email address the first week of July. If your student didn’t receive the email, check the SPAM folder and then email Residential Life.
