De-stress during midterms

Midterms are fast approaching. For some classes, they’re already here! One of the best ways students can help themselves during this time is by taking study breaks and de-stressing. There are plenty of ways to de-stress on campus — from establishing fun hobbies with a new club or organization, to exercising on our FitCourt outdoor fitness area, exploring unique University Art Museum exhibits, enjoying the PAWS therapy dogs, and more.

If your student is in need of help, but unsure about the best resources, look no further than the Binghamton Support Network. This indispensable online resource is aimed at supporting student health, success and well-being. By using the search bar, or choosing from an alphabetical concern list, students can access much-needed resources, discover countless accessible services and connect with helpful professional staff.
