Binghamton University’s School of Management (SOM) is training the next generation of leaders capable of meeting the needs of an evolving business world.

Here are the stories of five female students and graduates who made their mark in 2024 and how their SOM experience proved pivotal to their success:

Haley Mierzejewski

Business Administration student

Haley Mierzejewski pursued a love of real estate marketing during summer 2024 while interning at TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc. She joined other marketing team members to develop strategic social media content, sometimes collaborating with other media groups, to enhance TRITEC’s presence in the Long Island area. One of her videos hit 5 million views, and she also gained valuable skills in coordinating large-scale community events.
