Developing our Strategic Priorities

Nine teams comprised of more than 400 volunteers came together to help develop the original Road Map to Premier vision in 2013 and proposed projects to help us get there, looking ahead both five and 20 years. The vision was updated in 2017 through the Road Map Renewal, and, in 2021, a sixth strategic priority was added:

Foster community engagement that benefits faculty, students and community partners.

Strategic Investments

Optimize the acquisition and allocation of human, technological, financial and physical resources.

Internationalization

Support, promote and enhance strategic internationalization efforts through high-impact learning, teaching, research and engagement.
