Aleksey is a 2004 graduate of the MPA program at Binghamton University, where he also earned his doctorate in educational theory and practice. His research appeared in Journal of Management History, Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, Russian Journal of Management, Leadership Quarterly, Management and Organizational History, and Public Administration Review.
