Modern Campus Catalog powers the workflow for Binghamton’s Academic Guide. All edits and approvals will be done through Catalog.
First-Time Users - Creating an Account
- Go to the Modern Campus Catalog log-in site.
- Click the “Sign in with SSO” button, and use your Binghamton credentials.
- Log out of your account and email Undergraduate Education so your permissions can be updated. Please let us know which pages you need permissions to edit, if any, in your email.
Making Edits
Please see our Catalog How-To guide for further details and information on editing pages in the Catalog publisher.
Academic Program Pages
For academic programs, we have required templates that all programs must follow. If you want to add new sections, please contact Undergraduate Education so we can support you through the process.
In academic program pages, narrative content is in the “edit” tab, and courses are under the “cores” tab. Some programs have shared cores that individual departments can not edit but will remain on the page. If you want to add a shared core, please contact Undergraduate Education.
Guided Training
Modern Campus offers guided training on their software. After your account is created and permission is updated on the bottom middle of the Catalog site, you will see an orange tab, “Walk Me Through.” This tab has a “Help” section and a “Guided Training” section. Both sections provide a lot of information and support to use Catalog. If you have any questions or need additional support, please contact Undergraduate Education.
