About the Bill

Your fall 2024 bill will be sent to your Bmail (Binghamton University email account) next week with a due date of Sept. 5. For more details including how to make payments, visit the Student Accounts website.

Payment plan

Binghamton offers an interest-free, web-based payment plan that allows students to pay in up to four installments. There is a $40 enrollment fee per semester. The down payment and enrollment fee are due when you enroll and you must sign up electronically each semester. For more information, visit payment plans.

All e-bill notifications are sent via email to the student's university email address. If you would like a billing notification sent to a parent, guardian or another person, you (the student) must add that person as an Authorized Payer on your QuikPAY account. For more information, visit the Authorized Payer webpage.

All full-time and part-time domestic students are charged for and automatically enrolled in the University Student Health Insurance Plan. You may waive your enrollment by submitting a health insurance waiver online by the deadline. Note: Before waiving the University Student Health Insurance, be sure your current coverage can be used for services and referrals in the Binghamton area.

International student health insurance policy

International students on F-1 and J-1 visas will enroll in the State University of New York plan administered through the university International Student and Scholar Services office.
