Group Tour Request | Undergraduate Admissions

Binghamton University offers a limited number of group tour opportunities for 15-50 prospective students and chaperones. Group tours are currently open for Summer 2025 only. Group visits are offered on select Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. through August 7. The visit includes a student-led walking tour lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

NOTE: We are currently booked for the Spring 2025 semester.

Complete the Group Tour Request Form at least two weeks prior to your requested visit day. Allow for 3-5 business days for processing of your request. We are unable to guarantee that your request will be approved; group tour availability may be restricted during certain times of the year.

On-campus conduct

While visiting, groups must respect our students, faculty, staff and grounds. Any issues may result in future visit requests for your group being denied. We reserve the right to end the visit for inappropriate behavior.

All groups are required to have 1 chaperone for every 15 students. Chaperones must stay with their groups at all times. If your group is split, the ratio must remain 1 chaperone for every 15 students.
