Career-Focused Groups
Harpur Law Council of Binghamton University was formed in 1995 to serve the needs and interests of Binghamton University alumni attorneys and pre-law students. Its goal is to strengthen Binghamton University's mission and tradition of academic excellence by advising the dean of Harpur College on matters regarding academic issues and programs relevant to the legal profession. School of Management Young Alumni Board is geared toward alumni who have graduated within the last ten years. The board fosters
relationships among recent graduates, builds support for the School of Managements,
and to serves as a resource for recent and future alumni. The board focuses on creating
opportunities related to professional development, organizing volunteer and social
activities, and providing mentorship/support of current and future students for new
alumni.
The Binghamton Marketing Collective was established in 2017 to build a lasting community of Bearcats (and Colonials)
working in marketing and related fields. Through industry events, access to thought
leaders, networking initiatives, and our own job board, we hope to further the careers
of Binghamton alumni and showcase the wonders of the marketing world to current students.

Student Involvement-Based Groups
Binghamton University Rowing Association was established in 2016 to provide general guidance and financial support related to the holistic performance of the Binghamton University Rowing Club. It also serves as an alumni community to connect with past teammates to enhance our professional networks.

Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Alumni Council has been in existence at Binghamton University since 1968 and has an ever-growing
alumni population of over 5,000. An official EOP alumni council was formed in 2015
to provide support to the current students and provide networking opportunities for

Chabad of Binghamton: After celebrating its 30th Anniversary at Binghamton in 2015, Chabad of Binghamton
has partnered with the Binghamton University Alumni Association to provide opportunities
for Chabad alumni to reconnect with one another, with Chabad, the University and current
students.
