ENTRIES NOW CLOSED
Over 150 films have been submitted for SEFF 2023. Those chosen were related to, invoking,
or inspired by dream states, other worldliness, and the subconscious mind. We have
selected films at any length that were completed between August 2022 and August 2023.
Our festival will take place December 2nd and 3rd at HCS. HCS, 1803 Castle Gardens Rd # 2, Vestal, NY 13850. Additionally, there will be transportation by bus departing from the Binghamton University Union. These buses will also return to campus incrementally throughout the duration of the festival.
