BINGHAMTON, NY – Two Binghamton University faculty members have made the Princeton Review’s top professors list. Jennifer Wegmann, who teaches in the Health and Wellness Studies Department, and Mary Stillwell Haupt, a lecturer in journalism, were profiled in the new Princeton Review guidebook, The Best 300 Professors, which highlights America's top undergraduate teachers.
A combined effort of The Princeton Review and RateMyProfessors.com, a college professor ratings site, The Best 300 Professors profiles outstanding professors at 122 colleges. All of the professors won high praise from their most important audiences: the undergrad students they teach and inspire. Selections were based on qualitative and quantitative data from survey findings and ratings collected by both organizations.
The Best 300 Professors also includes profiles of colleges at which one or more of the book's top-notch professors teach. The school profiles give students considering attending these colleges information on admissions, tuition, SAT/ACT score ranges of admitted students, and other useful data.
