BINGHAMTON, NY -- A discussion titled "Course Corrections: Perk up the Bottom Line" will be the topic of the next Binghamton University Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners (WBO) roundtable, at 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 222 Water St., Binghamton.
Kathy Pagnani, vice president of Java Joe’s Roasting Co., Inc., will discuss the value of customer service and describe the ways in which her company evolved into the successful business that it is today. Learn how following an unplanned path can often lead to success.
A life-long native of the Binghamton area and a resourceful entrepreneur, Pagnani is also a radio operator with a focus on coordination of emergency services and a board member of the Binghamton Amateur Radio Association.
The roundtable costs $10 per person, payable at the door, and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.
