BINGHAMTON, NY – As part of its Seminar Series, Binghamton University’s College of Community and Public Affairs (CCPA) will host "Introduction to Program Evaluation," from 9 a.m.-noon, Tuesday, June 10, at the University Downtown Center, 67 Washington St., Binghamton.

This seminar will help nonprofit and local government staff begin to develop a plan for evaluating their own programs or improving their existing evaluation processes. Topics that will be discussed include the goals of evaluation, the different types of evaluation and logic models.

Kristina Lambright, associate professor and director of graduate studies for CCPA’s Department of Public Administration, will conduct the seminar. Lambright teaches classes in program evaluation, performance measurement and research design, and currently serves on the board of the Cortland County United Way.
