BINGHAMTON, NY – Binghamton University’s dual Master's program in Social Work (MSW) and Public Administration (MPA), housed in the College of Community & Public Affairs, will host an information session at noon Wednesday, Oct. 8, in room 201 at the University Downtown Center, 67 Washington St., Binghamton. This session is free and open to the public.
The dual MSW-MPA degree prepares students for leadership positions in social service agencies. Join Brian Flynn, director of admissions and student services for the MSW program and Joann Lindstrom, director of recruitment and internship placement for the MPA program to learn how earning a joint MSW-MPA can lead to career opportunities in the nonprofit sector and areas of public policy. The session will conclude with a tour of the University Downtown Center.
