The largest single gift ever made to support Binghamton University happened because donors are aligning their interests with Binghamton’s mission and great work — building pride, attracting national attention and recognizing that Binghamton is worthy of significant support.
In February 2020, we announced that a family shared their love for Binghamton and baseball by making a $60 million gift to fully fund the development of a new Baseball Stadium Complex on campus.
The 84,000-square-foot facility will be built around the existing field. Construction of the stadium and clubhouse is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2022 season. The indoor fieldhouse is expected to be completed in early 2023.
