Professional Development with Harpur Edge

This program is a high-impact learning scavenger hunt of sorts for first-year undergraduate students at Binghamton University (including transfer students and spring admits).

Crash Courses are offered on a variety of topics to give Harpur College students an edge on their professional development for future internship, research or job opportunities.

This four-week program will teach Harpur College students what they need to know about building professional connections with alumni to help them get a professional edge!

This program offers sophomore/junior pre-medical students the opportunity to experience the realities of medicine by shadowing Harpur alumni physicians in the New York metro area

This Harpur Law Council program enables students to experience the practice of law in the public sector by connecting them with Harpur Law Council member attorneys and other Binghamton University law alumni.

The Harpur Law Council (HLC) Private Sector Summer Law Internship offers Binghamton juniors and seniors a paid opportunity to experience law in the private sector, helping them make informed career decisions. Participants can also establish professional connections with HLC member attorneys and other BU law alumni.
