Mission
The Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs (MS HESA) program prepares higher education professionals to critically examine the contexts in which they work and its impact on students. Guided by a theory-to-practice approach and our commitment to principles of equity, inclusion, and diversity, students create a foundation for their practice that is informed by reflection, research and theory, adapts to changing higher education landscapes, and develops professional skills.
