Bartle Library
The Glenn G. Bartle Library houses collections in the fine arts, humanities, social sciences, mathematical and computer sciences, government documents, microfilm, and specialized languages. Special Collections and University Archives are located in Bartle Library on the second floor. At the Reader Services Desk, services include checking out materials, course reserves, technology lending, large format printing and general library assistance. Our virtual Ask a Librarian services provides help with finding and accessing library materials for courses and research.

Information Commons
Binghamton University's Information Commons facilities (located in the Bartle, Science, and UDC Libraries) are active, technology-enhanced research environments that provide collaborative and individual study spaces. The Commons invite the campus to use the wide range of resources available in the library, and to get expert research assistance from librarians and technical help IT student consultants.

Collection Management Facility (CMF)
The Collection Management Facility (CMF) is a high-density storage facility. The CMF creates flexibility for the Library and increases the space available for users on campus. In addition it ensures the preservation of Library collections through conservation-level environmental controls for books and journals, archives and manuscripts, and rare and fragile materials.
