The University Downtown Center (UDC) Library-Information Commons supports the College of Community and Public Affairs (CCPA) which offers undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degree programs for students interested in careers related to social justice, social work, education, public administration, government and human development. The Library-Information Commons, located on the main floor of the University Downtown Center, maintains a collection of books, reference materials, and regional government document to support these areas.

UDC Library Reader Services Desk
Students, Staff and Faculty are encouraged to make the UDC Library Reader Services Desk their first stop when making inquiries about resources and services offered by the library. You can contact the UDC Library Reader Services Desk at 607-777-9225.
Research and Reference Help
Research Assistance Services provide in-person, virtual and telephone assistance to help with identifying an extensive range of print and electronic resources for teaching, learning and research. During the fall and spring semesters, Research Help is provided in-person at the UDC Library. For more information, visit Ask A Librarian.

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
