Linda Torricelli
Linda Torricelli (she/her)

Linda is a proud alumna, earning both her BS in Economic Analysis and MA in Geography (with a concentration in Race, Ethnicity, and Place) from Binghamton University. She studied abroad at the American University of Rome and Eastern China Normal University as an undergraduate student and then at the University of Botswana in graduate school. Linda has worked at Binghamton University since 2013 and oversees our education abroad advising team, the development of new study abroad programs, and is the advisor for Iceland and select Italy programs. Although she grew up in New York City, her colleagues know that her heart is in all things Binghamton; Linda enjoys participating in Spiedie Fest, LUMA, the Nature Preserve's salamander crossing, and other staple Binghamton events.

Callie grew up in Minnesota and had her first international experience on a high school trip to Costa Rica with her Spanish class. While earning a BA in psychology at the University of Minnesota, she spent a semester studying abroad in New Zealand. Although it may be a cliché, that experience changed her life and led her on a career path towards helping students have their own transformative international experiences. After earning her MSEd in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Callie joined the IEGI team in 2017 and has loved being a NY resident ever since. She currently advises for programs in the United Kingdom, Malawi, and Italy as well as the PwC Scholars winter program. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and camping across the northeast, seeing live music, and crafting.

Jordan Loretz
Jordan Loretz (he/him)

Jordan advises for programs in East Asia and also serves as a Scholarships Advisor. He received his BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY with a double major in Asian Studies and Music. As a student, Jordan participated in a semester-long intensive Mandarin Chinese language program in Nanjing, China as well as a short-term winter program in Bali, Indonesia focused on Balinese gamelan orchestra. Following graduation, Jordan participated in the Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship program, through which he taught English in Taiwan (R.O.C.). In his free time you can find him playing saxophone or supporting his favorite soccer team, Manchester United.

Ryane Lovett-Pitts
Ryane Lovett-Pitts (she/her)

Ryane Lovett-Pitts began her career as an Education Abroad Advisor in 2022 after earning her MA in International Education from the University of Alcalá in Spain. Prior to this, Ryane obtained her BA in Philosophy and Literature from SUNY Purchase College, where she studied Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy for a summer in Dharamshala, India. She also studied Ancient Greek Philosophy in Athens, Greece the summer after earning her BA. 

Ryane has worked as an Au Pair in the Canary Islands, Rome, and Passo del Tonale and also taught English for a year in Arganda del Rey, Spain at Benito Perez Galdos Public School. 

Ryane was born and raised in Binghamton. In her free time, she enjoys traveling internationally, attending poetry club, and trying new recipes from Pinterest.

Cassidy Rozanski
Cassidy Rozanski (she/her)

Born and raised in southern California, Cassidy first left the U.S. through a high school exchange program to Germany. Motivated by this experience, Cassidy earned her BA in International Studies and German Studies from American University (AU). During her time at AU, she participated in a short-term, student-led program to Rwanda and later studied abroad for a year through the Junior Year in Munich program. After a couple of years as a first grade teacher, she went on to earn her MPhil in Race, Ethnicity, and Conflict from Trinity College Dublin. Since joining the IEGI team in 2023, Cassidy has advised for programs to Austria, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland and serves as one of the scholarships advisors. In her freetime, you can find her playing trivia, curling up with a good book, or hanging out with her cat, Roy Kent.

Robert Sallai
Robert Sallai (he/him)

Having been locally sourced from Greene, New York, Robert is an alumnus of Binghamton University, graduating in 2024 with a double major in both History and Medieval Studies. His first time outside of the United States was during his study abroad program in the fall of 2023, where he studied abroad in Prague at Anglo-American University. Robert is a new addition to the education abroad office as of 2024, working as an office assistant and helping ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. In his free time, you can find him researching historical Czechia, playing games with friends, and watching his Miami Dolphins fail to win a playoff game.

Jacob Smith
Jacob Smith (he/him)

Jacob has always followed the spirit of adventure, seeking the most scenic journeys and delicious foods. His passion for novelty and culture led him to study Japanese and Cinema at Binghamton University. After graduating, Jacob spent five years in Japan as an Assistant Language Teacher through the Japanese Exchange and Teaching Program (JET).

During his time in Japan, he also earned his MA in Applied Linguistics with a TESOL emphasis from East Texas A&M. Although Japan holds a special place in his heart and stomach, he has recently returned to Binghamton, eager to help others embark on their own adventures to exciting destinations with great food!

Jacob advises on various locations across Latin America, France, Spain, and Australia. Beyond travel and culinary delights, he enjoys seeing dogs, playing video games, reading, and sharing laughs.

Erin Wolcott
Erin Wolcott (she/her)

Raised outside of Albany, NY, Erin experienced her first international adventure on a high school trip to Austria, Italy, and France. After this experience, Erin went on to participate in a semester abroad in Valencia, Spain, a program administered by SUNY Cobleskill. She returned to the U.S. and graduated with an AAS in Early Childhood before continuing her academic path at SUNY New Paltz, where she graduated with her BS in Digital Media Production. Her senior capstone documentary film went on to screen at various film festivals and received the BEA Award of Excellence in Short-Form Documentary. When she's not working, Erin enjoys crocheting, catching up on the latest film, and taking her toddler to the park.
