Nominations are open for the Leadership Development Program at Binghamton University.
Eligible nominees include:
New supervisors; current supervisors, as nominated by their direct management; and current supervisors who self-nominate.
The leadership-oriented curriculum combines a traditional group format with on-line training and is presented over the course of several days throughout a four-month period. A sample program schedule is provided at the end of the nomination form.
