Paul D. Mollo, PharmD

Paul Mollo graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Pharmacy in 1995 and from the University of Florida School of Pharmacy doctor of pharmacy program in 2002.

Mollo served as the director of pharmacy for Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, a member of Ascension Health, for 16 years prior to taking on his current role at the national level with Ascension. He now oversees the 340B Program and Patient Medication Assistance Programs for Ascension and is also the liaison to the Dispensary of Hope, a distributor of free medications to charitable clinics with a focus on the most vulnerable patients in our communities. 

As an active community member, Mollo has held various positions on local not-for-profit boards. He is currently the treasurer for Good Shepherd Communities and foundation boards.

He has received awards in the area of supply chain management for innovation and creativity around formulary implementation and medication cost reduction.

Mollo has co-authored articles on medication reconciliation as well as medication safety for the Joint Commission and was a past speaker for both the Island Peer Review Organization (IPRO) and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IPRO). He is Lean Six Sigma Champions Trained as well as Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Trained.
