Chris Seavey joined the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in August 2022, and serves as the director of assessment. In this role, he works closely with faculty and administrators, guiding the school's assessment efforts to foster a culture in which learning outcomes are achieved and operational objectives continuously improve. Before joining the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Seavey served as the director of program planning, implementation and assessment at the School of Dental Medicine at East Carolina University, and the executive director of assessment and institutional effectiveness at Clark Atlanta University. Seavey enjoys inspiring students, faculty and administrators to pursue and reach greater degrees of understanding and accomplishment at any level. He enjoys jazz music, golf, exploring his family ancestry and woodworking.
