REAP Applicants

PAF will assist Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) applicants, including rural small businesses and agricultural producers throughout New York State (https://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do). Within the group of REAP applicants, we will assist those whose REAP projects are subject to Section 106 review and that the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) or Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO) has requested an archaeological Phase 1A/1B survey on the parcel proposed for development.

To assist applicants, we require documentation that you are applying to REAP and documentation that the SHPO/THPO has requested cultural resource surveys for your specific project. We will conduct our work only for REAP Grant applicants. Given the frequency of these projects, selection will be on a first come first served basis. We will provide studies on 3 acres or less or cover the cost of the first 3 acres of a larger REAP project (applicant is responsible for the cost of studies on the remaining acreage).
