Mission Statement
We are committed to the intentional practice of listening, learning, and promoting changes needed to advance the learning, recruitment, and retention of students, faculty, and staff from historically excluded and underrepresented groups. We aim to foster an inclusive culture within the Psychology Department that increases and respects the value of each individual’s contribution.
