Jason Xiao received his PhD in Accounting and MA in Statistics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Before pursuing his PhD, he earned a BS in Business Administration with Honors and Distinction, majoring in Accounting and Economics, from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Xiao's research focuses on agency conflicts and incentives in the context of both executive compensation and information disclosure and acquisition. His research also examines spillover effects between parties with potentially contrasting incentive schemes, highlighting costs and benefits to the involved parties that are not readily observable when analyzing the parties in isolation.Jason Xiao
