Get Connected, Stay Connected
Historically, the SSIE Department has taken an informal approach to connecting newly admitted students with current students soon after being accepted into the graduate program. This connection continues into the first week of the semester to make the transition into graduate school and Binghamton University a smooth one. The SSIE Ambassador Program was formalized in Fall 2013 and continues to assist incoming students each semester.
Please email any one of the Ambassadors with questions you may have about Binghamton University, the SSIE Department or the Binghamton area in general.
The Ambassadors are excited about sharing information with you about their research, the Program, the Department, Binghamton University, and the surrounding areas. You can email any of the Ambassadors, and also connect with students representing the following countries:
China | Egypt | India | Iran | Japan| Jamaica | Jordan | Mexico | Morocco | Nigeria | Pakistan | Palestine | Republic of Korea | Saudi Arabia | Sri Lanka | Taiwan | Tanzania | Turkey | United States of America | Yemen
