- Success Coaches: Success Coaches are available to help you develop study strategies and improve organization and time management.

and add any additional comments about your request. Check your Binghamton University
email account, where you will find detailed information with next steps regarding
your inquiry.
Academic Resources:
● Adding/dropping classes - Need help adding, dropping, or registering for classes.
● DegreeWorks - Your DegreeWorks audit shows you the courses needed for your major.
Campus Resources:
● Financial Aid – Contact the Financial Aid Office or make an appointment with a Financial Aid Counselor for more information regarding financial aid.
● Student Accounts - Information regarding billing, payment, and/or tuition and fees.
● Student Records and Registrar Services – Information about graduation, ID cards, proof of enrollment.
● ITS Help Desk – Information Technology Services provide technical assistance and ITS Computer Labs across campus.
Support Services:
● Office of the Dean of Students – The Office of the Dean of Students has resources available related to your health and well-being such as counseling, the food pantry, student health services and other programs and resources.
● Student Life – For more information about our Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Multicultural Resource Center, LGBTQ Center, or Services for Students with Disabilities.
