Roundtable: Centering Inclusion in the Workplace

Wednesday, September 18 | 5 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Join us for Roundtable where you can connect with talented students from diverse backgrounds and have an opportunity to discuss your recruitment and diversity initiatives with students who are also interested in fostering work environments that value and promote workplace diversity! Learn about best practices in supporting those with diverse backgrounds in their transition from college to career and what todays students are seeking in supportive and inclusive work environments.

Students and employers will have an opportunity to connect at tables using provided questions. These questions will prompt employers to share their programming initiatives as well as recruitment techniques and allow students to inquire regarding employer diversity initiatives and preparing for entry into the workforce. The event will mirror a "speed networking" event as students will be able to connect with a variety of employers at different tables.
