Binghamton departments outside the Athletics Department, academic clubs and student organizations may not use or grant permission to any other entity to use the spirit or athletics marks for any purpose. Further, at no time may any other entity use the spirit or athletics marks in a way that suggests or implies the endorsement of other organizations, companies, products, services, political parties or views.
