my.binghamton.edu Slide/graphic Requests

In order for the Division of Communications and Marketing to maintain the slideshow on my.binghamton.edu in an efficient and effective way, please read the information below prior to submitting a request.

The purpose of the slides is to promote an event or requirement that would appeal to the majority of an audience. These audiences include (1) students, (2) students (online-only) and (3) faculty/staff. Slides should not be used to announce systems/applications upgrades or outages, or student jobs or internships. These messages belong in a variety of other places including the ITS System status page, HireBing, Dateline or B-Line.

  • All requests need to be made through the request form below.
  • We reserve the right to deny requests if the content of the slide isn't relevant to the audience. 
  • Slides can only be posted for a maximum of four weeks.
  • Slides need to be requested at least one week before the start date.
