Compliance with Policies and Procedures
New York and SUNY require that every Binghamton University student positively affirm the University Student Code of Conduct as a condition of enrollment. You confirmed receipt of the Code Of Conduct when you accepted your Binghamton University computer account.
- The Binghamton University Student Handbook and Code of Student Conduct found therein is the valid policy and procedure manual for Binghamton University students.
As a student in Decker College's MPH program, you are also responsible for complying with the policies and procedures in the following:
- Binghamton Academic Guide (formerly. the Bulletin), including all policies and procedures about the Master of Public Health program
- Binghamton University Graduate School Manual
- Public Health Graduate Program Handbook
Students must complete the Master of Public Health Policies and Procedures Acknowledgement form, agreeing to comply with all University, Graduate School, Decker College and MPH program policies and procedures.
