Compliance with Policies and Procedures
New York and SUNY require that every Binghamton University student positively affirms the University Student Code of Conduct as a condition of enrollment. You confirmed receipt of the Code Of Conduct when you accepted your Binghamton University computer account.
The Binghamton University Student Handbook and Code of Student Conduct found therein is the valid policy and procedure manual for Binghamton University students.
In addition, as a Decker graduate student, you are also responsible for complying with the policies and procedures in the following:
- Binghamton University Bulletin (including all policies and procedures pertaining to the Master of Public Health program, found in the Bulletin under "Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences, School of Applied Health Sciences, Public Health — Graduate")
- Binghamton University Graduate School Manual
Students must complete the Master of Public Health Policies and Procedures Acknowledgement form, agreeing to comply with all University, Graduate School, Decker College and MPH program policies and procedures.
