Tuition, Expenses and Funding

Students admitted into undergraduate programs at Binghamton University's Decker School of Nursing are charged the University's standard tuition and fees. For information about those costs, visit Student Accounts.

Expenses Beyond Tuition and Fees

Students in Decker's undergraduate nursing programs should expect to incur costs for additional items related to clinical practice (see below). These costs are in addition to the standard University tuition and fees

Financial Assistance

For information about financial aid, visit the Financial Aid website.

Currently enrolled nursing students may be eligible for special aid programs, including loans and local grants. In addition, Decker offers a limited number of scholarships (see below) with specific eligibility criteria, including merit and/or residency requirements. There are also University-wide and national scholarships; we strongly encourage students to apply for these.

Nursing Scholars Program sponsorships available

Nursing students at Binghamton University have several opportunities for tuition sponsorship available through our partnered health systems. Through the Nursing Scholars Programs offered by these health systems, eligible Binghamton nursing students may receive between $25,000 and $65,000 in sponsorship toward the cost of their educational loans.

After graduation and licensure, selected scholars will transition into a full-time nursing role within their approved health system with an employment commitment of 2–3 years.
