To allow travel time and to minimize the number of nights necessary in a hotel for as many attendees as possible, the first presentation will begin at 10:00 am on Thursday morning. The workshop will end at 3:00 pm on Friday.
Parking
The Binghamton University Downtown Center has a limited number of parking spaces available.
On site parking will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis. Municipal parking
is available nearby if on-site parking becomes full. Workshop attendees staying at
nearby hotels are strongly encouraged to walk to the workshop from the hotel.
The parking lot can be accessed via Susquehanna Street (back side of the building
– Southwest corner). Attendees will be sent an access code to gain entry to the parking
lot. Since there are other events sharing the lot with us, the code is only valid
for the first 40 vehicles associated with this workshop. Once the access code has
been used 40 times, the code will no longer work and you will need to park in a nearby
municipal lot at your own expense.
Walking
If you are staying at the Holiday Inn – Binghamton you can easily walk next door to the site of the workshop.
