Ryan Kinsella

GIS Specialist / Special Projects Coordinator

Ryan is a new member of Binghamton University’s OEM. He holds a Masters degree in Geography from Binghamton University. Currently working as the GIS Specialist/Special Projects Coordinator, Ryan brings a geographic perspective to the office’s program and coordinates geospatial projects with other public safety departments on campus.
