Henry C. Lin
Henry C. Lin was born in 1977 in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States when he was five years old. After living in New York City for four years, he moved to New Jersey in 1986. He received his B.S. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University in 1999 with the privilege of the Andrew Carnegie Scholarship. After graduation, Henry went to work for Bell Labs of Lucent Technologies for the next four years while receiving his M.S. in computer science from Columbia University in 2003. He is currently a 4th year Ph.D. candidate in computer science at The Johns Hopkins University. His research interests include surgical skill recognition, computer-integrated surgery, medical robotics and computer vision.
