Apostille Process
Some governments and agencies may require diplomas and/or transcripts to be certified
with an apostille for legal use in a foreign country.
The Student Records and Registrar Services Office assists students with this process
by notarizing these documents.
The apostille process can take 3-4 weeks due to the notary requirements, shipping
times, and multiple steps involved. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays.
To ensure a smooth process, carefully review our Apostille Checklist and provide all required materials.
