Located on the hills overlooking the center of the University, Mountainview has the best view on campus and is right across from our 182 acre Nature Preserve.
Mountainview has four buildings with four- and six-person suites and corridor style doubles. The Mountainview College Council hosts their traditions, including Mountainview Madness, Salamander Days and the Mountainview-Hinman Semi-formal every year.
We currently have three learning communities housed here – the Romance Languages Learning Community, Engineering Learning Community and Nursing Learning Community.
Collegiate Professor
Dr. Dana is your Mountainview CP, which means that in addition to being a tenured professor (of Italian and Medieval Studies) at the University, she is the academic leader and mentor in Mountainview. She’s here to offer you guidance (academic or personal), and to lead community initiatives such as Mountainview Jams/open mic nights, cooking and movie nights and more. Reach out to her anytime in AP 101!
