There are four buildings (all of them co-ed) that make up Mountainview College. There are lounges on each floor, and each building has its own laundry and a full kitchen.

- Four-person suites: contains a common room, bathroom and two double bedrooms
- Six-person suites: contains a common room, bathroom and three doubles
- Designed triples: larger room housing three students with one bathroom
Room sizes
- Suite rooms are about 12 feet by 14 feet in size (varies)
- Double rooms are about 14 feet by 17 feet in size (varies)
