SUMMARY
This policy outlines the fee waiver process for Binghamton University broad-based fees. Fees are established by the State University of New York, the chancellor or designee, and campus administration.
POLICY
Fee Waiver Requests
To be eligible for a University fee waiver all courses in term must be taught entirely via distance learning.
Students must submit a broad-based fee waiver request form for each term. The following fees may be considered for a fee waiver:
- Undergraduate/Graduate Activity Fee
- Intercollegiate Athletics Fee
- Campus Life Fee
- Career Resource Fee
- Student Health Services Fee
- ID Card Fee
- Recreation Fee
- Academic Support Fee
- Transportation Fee
Deadline for waiver submission: End of 2nd week of classes each term.
