Timeline for spring 2025 new students (domestic first years and transfers)

• October (or ASAP)
  • Activate your computer account and Bmail, and set up 2-Factor Authentication
  • Register for housing (available Oct. 28)
  • Submit required health forms  (due before Orientation)
• November
  • Submit required health forms (due before Orientation)
  • Send final, official transcripts and exam scores, such as AP and IB (due before Orientation)
• December
  • Register for Orientation (transfer students and first-years who did not attend Orientation in October). NOTE: Once you register, you will gain access to course registation!
  • Submit required health forms (due before Orientation)
  • Send final, official transcripts and exam scores, such as AP and IB (due before Orientation)
• January
  • Submit required health forms  (due before Orientation)
  • Send final, official transcripts and exam scores, such as AP and IB (due before Orientation)
  • Room selection (Jan. 9 for first-year students and Jan. 10 for transfers)
  • New-student Move-in (first-year AND transfer students): Saturday, Jan. 18)
  • Attend Orientation (first year AND transfer students): Sunday. Jan 19

  • Take English Language Skills (ELI) exam ((Wednesday, Jan. 15)
  • Attend International Orientation (Thursday, Jan. 16 and Sunday, Jan. 19) 
  • Classes begin (Tuesday, Jan. 21)
