The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SOPPS) is Binghamton's newest school and is a research-focused, professional school offering the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Students are able to apply to the Pharmacy Early Acceptance Program (PEAP) during the second semester of their freshman year and enter the pre-pharmacy program. In the future, the pharmacy school will also offer a doctoral program leading to a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences.
