Group fitness
Group fitness classes are included with a fitness membership and are led by ACE-certified group fitness instructors. We encourage you to try a variety of classes to discover which ones best align with your goals and interests!
Group fitness classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis; no registration is required. Just be sure to sign in when you arrive using the hand geometry scanner and your B-number. To keep things fun and welcoming for everyone, we ask that participants be respectful and kind—please don’t argue or save spots for others. Arriving a few minutes early is the best way to secure your place and start class on a positive note.

Private group fitness classes
We offer private group fitness classes for University-affiliated organizations and groups. Classes are scheduled at a time and place that works for both your group and the instructor. Fill out the request form to request a class.
