Sharon Little, LMT

Sharon loves when clients discover body awareness during the massage and she loves melting the knots away. Many clients ask how she got into the field and her answer is that she would massage her mom's friends while they were having their coffee to listen into adult conversations.
Sharon practices hot stone, Reiki, Swedish Massage, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage. Massage is great to maintain body posture with self-care.
Sharon is a member of AIM (Association of Independent Massage Therapists).
John Perestam, LMT

John got his certification in massage therapy after developing an interest in hands-on body work. After graduating from the Finger Lakes School of Massage, he went on to teach there for ten years. His favorite part of the job is helping his clients relax knots and melt away the tension in their bodies — if they fall asleep on the table, he takes it as a compliment!
John practices Swedish, deep tissue and pregnancy massage. He utilizes knowledge of reflexology, trigger points and pain relief to give his clients the best possible results.
