Code of Conduct
New York and SUNY require that every Binghamton University student positively affirm the University Student Code of Conduct as a condition of enrollment. You confirmed receipt of the Code Of Conduct when you accepted your Binghamton University computer account.
The Binghamton University Student Handbook and Code of Student Conduct found therein is considered the valid policy and procedure manual for Binghamton University students.
In addition, as a Decker graduate student, you are also responsible for complying with the policies and procedures in the following:
- Binghamton Academic Guide (formerly, the Bulletin)
- Binghamton University Graduate School Manual
- Decker School of Nursing Graduate Student Handbook (all graduate nursing students)
- Decker School of Nursing DNP Student Handbook (DNP students only)
- Decker School of Nursing PhD Student Handbook (PhD students only)
