True to its mission, the Binghamton University Foundation strives to educate others about charitable giving, match institutional fundraising priorities with donors’ charitable intentions and provide stewardship of all assets held in trust for the benefit of Binghamton University.
The Foundation and its affiliates are audited annually by an independent public accountant, and on a periodic basis by federal and state authorities.
In support of our commitment to transparency, we have IRS Form 990 and annual financial statements available to the public.
