Scheduling an appointment
All appointments may be scheduled on the patient portal.
Go to the “Appointments” tab and follow the instructions. Appointments are available via telehealth or by in-person visits. The appointment reasons clearly state which is which. Students will be contacted before their telehealth appointment to have a nursing intake form for your medical provider. Students with in-person appointments should arrive at the Decker Student Health Services Center 5–10 minutes before their appointment begins.
If you are unable to make it to this appointment, please cancel in on the home page of the patient portal so another student can use the time slot. Be aware that if you are not present at the time your appointment starts (in the clinic for in-person appointments or online for telehealth appointments) you may be rescheduled and charged a $10 no-show fee.
