The Decker Student Health Services Center (DSHSC) delivers medical care to all registered in-person students at Binghamton University. We deliver the same type of care you would expect to get from your primary care physician. The mandatory student health fee entitles you to visit the center at no charge for your health care needs. The student health fee doesn't cover some optional services. See the Free or Fee breakdown or contact us for more information.
Services available include:
- Treatment of acute illness and injury, including COVID-19
- Psychiatric consultation
- Gynecological services
- Sexual Health services
- Free flu vaccine clinics
- Immunizations

- The Healthy Campus Initiative (HCI) offers free safer sex products and free menstrual health products. These can be accessed at various places on campus, including the DSHSC lobby. HCI can also deliver products to your campus mailbox if you live on campus. If you live off campus, HCI can make a kit for students to pick up.
